ICM gathers a selection of photographs made through intentional camera movement and shaped by duration, reflected light and shifting perception.
Beginning with ordinary routes, streets, trees, vehicles, a glint of sun and fragments of architecture, the works transform photographic source material in-camera through movement, long exposure, walking, mobile capture and available light. Light stretches, flares, dissolves or writes strange calligraphy across the scene; foliage and figures become ambiguous, and the city shifts into atmospheric, painterly and amorphous forms.
The photographs remain connected to the places and movements that made them, but no longer behave as fixed records. They move between street, landscape, weather, body and abstraction, where photography becomes a shifting field of light, motion and duration.
